Jamie Tipton, at Open Heart Designs, formatted the book interior of my backpacking cookbook, Recipes for Adventure II. To say that it was just formatting would understate the professionalism, skill, and creativity that Jamie brought to the project. Communications began with a phone consultation to discuss the text and photos I provided, followed by the presentation of two original design themes, and continuing with regular updates as chapters were completed. The process was always smooth, and I felt that I had a true partner who was as committed as I was in producing a high-quality book.
